We're so incredibly happy when someone appreciates our products! Our team are hard at work, handcrafting the products you want. Our products are typically available by pre-order. Please check our product pages to see if a new batch is available for pre-order.

Once available, please register a pre-order and we will send the product out to you, as soon as possible, which will be a few weeks at most!

For security reasons, it is not possible to change the delivery or billing address, once an order has been placed.

However, once you've received your tracking information, you can contact the courier and see whether they can arrange for an alternative delivery option (e.g. collect from a local depot or post office).

Burn times will always depend on the conditions of use however, as a general rule of thumb and when Candle Etiquette is followed, candles should last between 50 - 60 hours.

Please also note, we use completely natural wax blends and only the most premium oils and Absolutes. Our candles are non-toxic and may have a reduced scent throw, when compared to low-quality, toxic alternatives, which use paraffin wax and fragrance oils. Both of which are synthetic compounds and will release toxins into your living spaces.

We are committed to using only natural, locally sourced waxes. Our current blend is a Rapeseed and Coconut blended wax.

We now and will always refuse to use paraffin wax, which releases toxic compounds and potentially harmful chemicals into you living spaces, reducing the air quality.

All of our products are manufactured and assembled in the United Kingdom, by our skilled team of designers, artisans and dreamers.

Yes! We currently ship to customers in the United Kingdom, Europe, and the United States, with more territories on the way.

Our retail partner, Wolf & Badger, also ships globally, so if you're outside these regions, you can find ENYALYË there in the meantime.

Most of our pieces are ready to ship and leave our studio within 1–2 days of your order. Some designs, particularly newer or larger pieces, are handcrafted to order in small batches, which can take a little longer; where this applies, it'll be noted on the product page.

Once dispatched, please allow:

• 3–5 working days for delivery (UK)
• 3–7 working days for delivery (EU)
• 3–5 business days for delivery (USA), via FedEx International Connect Plus

You'll receive tracking information by email as soon as your order is on its way.

For orders over £75, we will provide free shipping, both in the UK and EU. We charge a flat fee of £10 (UK)/£15 (EU), for orders below £75.

For customers ordering to the UK, we are not currently VAT registered and so will not be collecting VAT, until we're required to do so.

For customers ordering to the EU, payment for taxes and duties may be required on delivery. We do not currently collect these at checkout.
