PURCHASING INFORMATION
1. POSTAGE & DELIVERY
We are currently only shipping to addresses within the United Kingdom (UK) and Europe (EU).
Please subscribe to our newsletter, to be the first to know when we're ready to ship to our broader international community!
For customers in the UK and EU, we charge a flat delivery fee (UK - £10, EU - £15) upon checkout. This is to cover the cost of shipping your items to you, as quickly as possible. As such, we may use different couriers, depending on availability and customer experience, which ultimately means our delivery costs may fluctuate. Thank you for your understanding.
All orders over £75, will be shipped for free!
We collect pre-orders, as the vessels and candles we make are made bespoke for you. Please see our product pages for information on when our next batch of products will be shipped. This is updated regularly.
We aim to ship all orders, within 2 - 3 weeks of payment. Once you've received an email confirming your product has been shipped, please allow:
- 3 - 5 working days for delivery (UK);
- 3 - 7 working days for delivery (EU).
TRACKING
We will inform you, as soon as your parcel has been dispatched, providing you with your tracking number.
2. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Our returns and exchange policy is only applicable to products purchased from the ENYALYË online store.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or exchange it for another item, within 14 days of delivery.
Please let us know (hello@enyalye.com) within 14 days of receiving your order, whether you'd like to simply return or *exchange the item*.
Please allow 7 days for processing and understand that we cannot refund the cost of returning products to us.
Please make sure sufficient care is taken in protecting the items during the return as we will not be able to refund items received broken:

All items must be returned unused, unaltered and in the original packaging.
**Exchanges are subject to product availability, however we will always do our best to get you the product you want, as soon as possible. we are happy to cover the cost of sending the new item to you.
