PURCHASING INFORMATION


1. POSTAGE & DELIVERY

Unfortunately, we are currently only able to ship to addresses within the United Kingdom (UK). 

We hope to make our products available to our international community asap. Please subscribe to our newsletter, to be the first to know when we're ready to ship internationally! 

We charge a flat delivery fee (£10) upon checkout, to cover the cost of sending your products to you, as quickly as possible. As such, we may use different couriers, depending on availability and customer experience, which ultimately means our delivery costs may fluctuate. Thank you for your understanding. 

All orders over £150, will be shipped for free!

We are currently only taking pre-orders, as the vessels and candles we make are made bespoke for you. Please see our product pages for information on when our next batch of products will be shipped. This is updated regularly.

We aim to ship all orders, within 2 - 4 weeks of payment. Once you've received an email confirming your product has been shipped, please allow 3 - 5 working days for delivery.

TRACKING
We will inform you, as soon as your parcel has been dispatched, providing you with your tracking number.

2. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Our returns and exchange policy is only applicable to products purchased from the ENYALYË online store. 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or exchange it for another item, within 14 days of delivery. 

Please let us know (hello@enyalye.com) within 14 days of receiving your order, whether you'd like to simply return or *exchange the item*. 

Please allow 7 days for processing and understand that we cannot refund the cost of returning products to us. 

Please make sure sufficient care is taken in protecting the items during the return as we will not be able to refund items received broken:

All items must be returned unused, unaltered and in the original packaging.

**Exchanges are subject to product availability, however we will always do our best to get you the product you want, as soon as possible. we are happy to cover the cost of sending the new item to you.
