1.3 Changes to the Terms
We may modify these T&Cs from time to time. Please check back regularly, as your continued use of the website following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. Orders in progress, will not be affected by these changes.
2. Product Information
2.1 Product Descriptions
Due to the handcrafted, bespoke nature of our glass vessels and perfumed candles, it is likely that the vessel or candle you receive will not appear exactly as the model you viewed on our website. However, this is what makes your purchase truly special and it is what we love most about our product ranges and what we do. Your product is truly unique, with its own beautiful imperfections, making it a very personal piece of art.
We make every effort to display accurate descriptions and colors of our products. However, colors on-screen may vary slightly due to monitor settings. We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the website are completely error-free.
2.2 Pricing
Prices are listed in British Pounds (£) and include VAT or other applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice but will not affect orders already confirmed.
3. Orders and Payments
3.1 Placing an Order
We are currently only taking pre-orders. To make a pre-order, add the desired products to your cart and proceed to checkout. By placing an order, you agree to pay the total amount displayed at checkout.
3.2 Order Confirmation
After submitting an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt. This acknowledgment does not confirm acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel or amend orders due to limited stock, inaccuracies, or suspected fraudulent activity. We will notify you of any changes by email.
3.3 Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard and PayPal. We apologise however, we do not currently accept America Express (Amex). All transactions are processed securely. We do not store your payment information.
3.4 Payment Issues
If there is an issue with payment, we reserve the right to delay or cancel your order. We will notify you of any issues by email.
4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1 Shipping Locations
We currently only ship orders to UK addresses. Some restrictions may apply.
4.2 Delivery Times
We aim to ship orders within 2 - 4 weeks of payment. Once. you've received a confirmation of your order being shipped, please allow 3 - 5 days for delivery. Please see a note on all product pages, which provides information on when the next batch of pre-orders will be shipped. Please note that delivery times may vary due to external factors beyond our control. We are not liable for delays but will assist in tracking orders if needed.
4.3 Shipping Costs
We charge a flat (£10) delivery fee, to cover fluctuations in shipping rates and if we need to use an alternative courier to get your purchase to you, as quickly as possible. For orders over £150, shipping will be free of charge.
5. Returns and Refunds
5.1 Return Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Please contact us at hello@enyalye.com to initiate a return. Please understand, we will not bear the cost of you returning your unwanted product to us however, will ship an alternative/replacement product to you for free, if you choose to exchange.
5.2 Refunds
We will process refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned items, to your original payment method. Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
5.3 Exchanges
We're more than happy to offer exchanges, if you are not complete satisfied with the product you have selected and received. However, this is dependant on available stock, or the product you would like to exchange for. We will of course, always do our best to get you the product of your choice, as soon as possible. Please bear with us!
5.4 Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons, including but not limited to opened candles, used items, and custom or personalized orders.

6.1 Ownership
All content on enyalye.com, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of ENYALYË LTD or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.
6.2 Use of Content
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of this website, without our explicit written permission.

We do not make any representations or warranties about the accuracy or completeness of information on this website or the content of any websites linked to this website.

We are not liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling our obligations if the failure or delay arises from events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or interruptions in transportation.
